How do I pay?
Payment is made via PayPal – and you have two options. Option One — Use your own PayPal account. Option Two — Use your credit card details in the usual way. There is no VAT payable, and PayPal make no charge for the transaction. There is also no carriage or postage charge — because you are downloading your purchase directly.
What’s the difference between PDF, HTML, ePUB and Kindle versions?
The PDF versions can be viewed in either a PDF reader, such as Adobe Reader – which is free – or in Microsoft Word. The HTML versions can be viewed in any web browser, such as Internet Explorer, or FireFox. The ePUB versions can be read in a number of eBook readers, such as Adobe Digital Editions (ADE). The Kindle version (.mobi) can be read in Amazon’s Kindle (or on its Kindle for PC reader – which is free).
Why do HTML versions cost more?
The HTML versions are much bigger and more complex. Writing Essays 3.0 for instance contains more than twenty sample essays, where the PDF version only has four. The English Language 3.0 program also has hundreds of interactive self-assessment exercises, with answers so that you can check your level of understanding.
What if something goes wrong whilst I am downloading?
You don’t need to worry. You will have three chances to download your purchase.
What’s the difference between Writing Essays and Writing Essays 3.0?
Both cover the essentials of essay writing skills, but Writing Essays 3.0 has lots more sample essays.
What if I haven’t got a PayPal account?
Don’t worry! You can use your credit card details in the usual manner. There is no charge for doing so.
What level are these products at?
Anybody from secondary school onwards will find these materials useful. They cover the basics of writing and study skills, but they go on to cover more advanced topics. The sample essays in Writing Essays 3.0 for instance include examples of post-graduate work and a dissertation.
The materials are written in clear, straightfoward English which is free of technical language and jargon. They are therefore particularly suitable for non-native English speakers or those learning English as a second language.
Will it run on my PC – Apple Mac – Netbook – iPhone?
The eBook products can be read on any type of computer. Only the ePUB and Kindle verions require their own readers.
Can I install an eBook onto my laptop and my desktop?
Yes – you can install the downloaded product onto more than one device.
